I wish I was a better writer to better be able to express how much we think of Lin! He was absolutely great to work with! He was super knowledgeable of the Siesta Key area and market and extremely responsive and thorough to all our questions. Lin was always positive and fun to work with... he offered us experience and insight that made us feel good & comfortable with all our decisions! What more can you ask for? We highly recommend him for anyone looking for a great agent!

Abraham Lincoln said: “Whatever you are, be a good one.” These two are a perfect definition of just that! If you’re dedicated to helping people find their next dream home, focus on delivering the customer service people expect. Doing so will generate referrals, 5-star reviews, and provide brand lift. Lin and Maurice most definitely fit that criteria for sure! I've known them for years and it's always been a pleasure working with them. I've heard in past conversations people use the expression " you have a million dollar smile! " ... WELL .. for Lin I must say has the "million dollar LAUGH" of a lifetime! One of a kind for sure! If you disagree then well ... you must be confused not me, :) Awesome and respectful customer service all way around and I always leave their presence with a "million dollar smile" of my own from mouth to ear! Lin and Maurice went out of their way to help us in every manner possible. They were extremely knowledgeable and ethical beyond any standards. I have never encountered realtors who were so kind and empathetic as Lin and Maurice. My wife, Sue, has a serious autoimmune disorder so she can’t travel anymore. She is wracked with pain. As the disease saps her of her eyesight and ability to walk, she is only left with the wonderful memories we had at Gulf & Bay. It killed us to sell the beautiful condo she created but it was foolish to hold onto something we could never get to. I would recommend both Lin and Maurice to anyone and everyone.

Our experience with Lin Dunn was excellent! My wife and I were a little apprehensive about leaving Illinois and looking to buy a home in Siesta Key, Florida. We had visited Siesta Key only a few times. A family friend, who is also a Realtor, referred us to Lin Dunn as she did not feel she had the expertise to meet our needs. Lin is a true professional. Lin first introduced himself telephonically and spent a good hour getting to know us and what our housing needs were (single-family, townhouse, condo) and if we were looking for more of a golf course community or more of an eclectic beachy lifestyle. Rose and I did not have good answers for Lin, so Lin decided to dedicate several days educating us on Sarasota and Siesta Keys. We learned about Palmer Ranch, West of the Trail, to condos on the beach and so much more. After days with Lin, we were able to let Lin know we did not like any housing that entailed major renovation or knocking down a house, so Lin focused us on new construction housing or vacant lots. With Lin's help, we decided that golf course living was not for us and eclectic beachy was for us. Lin then narrowed down the search to empty lots (mostly quarter acre) and homes that we could buy and knockdown. With Lin's help, we were able to purchase a half-acre lot just a 10-minute walk from the Siesta Key Village!!! How great!! Lin also introduced us to four builders. After interviewing them or their representatives, Rose and I were confident that John Cannon Homes was the right builder for us. We have had several meetings with the builder and have made most of our selections. Lin continues to stay involved as we build to help us with encroachment issues, tree removal and general information and referrals to contractors that we might need. Lin Dunn represents your company in the most professional and fun way. I would highly recommend Lin Dunn and have recommended him to family members who are thinking of moving to Florida.
